We cater to nurses, construction workers, and other traveling professionals. We also welcome those receiving medical treatment at nearby hospitals. We are 10 minutes or less from five major hospitals including St. Mary’s Medical Center and Grand Junction VA Medical Center.

We are 5-10 minutes from everything you need for a long-term stay. There are grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, Walmart, a mall, and gas stations. We have easy access to I-70 and Highway 50.
We’re 10 minutes from The Colorado Monument and close to the Dinosaur Journey Museum and Dinosaur Diamond Byway.
Buses for the local elementary and high school pick up right at the corner of the park. We are in Appleton School District 50.

We have two cabins and two apartments on the property. Both are available for extended stays. The two apartments are currently rented, but we have cabin availability. The Small Cabin is available immediately until May 1, 2025 for $1300/month. The Deluxe Cabin is available January 1, 2025 until May 1, 2025 for $1500/month. Utilities are included. Sign up now and get 25% Off the first month! (with a multi-month agreement.) Deposit is one month rent. Pets are allowed in the cabins with a $35/month per pet fee.
