We have two apartments at JW Crossroads Grand Junction. Both can be rented short-term or long-term. They are popular with traveling professionals such as nurses and construction workers, but are also used by visitors staying in the area.

One dedicated parking spot is included with each unit. Guests have access to the laundry room and camp-store on the property, plus these amenities:

  • Wi-Fi (We recommend bringing a mobile hotspot)
  • Picnic Area

  • Dog Park and Dog Wash
  • Storage for Additional Vehicles

One-Bedroom Apartment

Our one-bedroom apartment sleeps 2 people.  It comes fully furnished and has a full-sized bed in the bedroom. It’s located on top of our camp store, accessed by outside stairs. It can be rented short-term or long-term.

Apartment Features:

  • Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, oven with stovetop, sink, rolling cart for counterspace, mini microwave, mini coffee pot
  • Full bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink, and toilet
  • Living room with couch, TV, Roku
  • TV trays for eating
  • Deck with patio table and chairs (Deck is shared with another unit)
  • Air Conditioning and Heat

Two-Bedroom Apartment

Our two-bedroom apartment is not furnished. It has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Guests need to supply their own furniture and washer/dryer.

  • Full bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower, sink, and toilet
  • Large front room and dining room
  • Open concept kitchen/living/dining room
  • Washer/dryer hookups (will accommodate a large, stackable washer/dryer or small, washer/dryer set)
  • Deck with patio table and chairs (Deck is shared with another unit)
  • Air Conditioning and Heat
